Trapped Emotions Are Like The Raven

By admin On October 25, 2014 Under BioEnergetic Testing

Edgar Allen Poe had it right!

Though I’m sure he had never heard about trapped emotions, in his poem, The Raven, he nailed the effect they have on the human psych. The whole poem, but especially the last few lines of it, is so descriptive of the effects of negative frequencies on humans.

Take thy beak from out my heart, and take thy form from off my door!’
Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.’

And the raven, never flitting, still is sitting, still is sitting
On the pallid bust of Pallas just above my chamber door;
And his eyes have all the seeming of a demon’s that is dreaming,
And the lamp-light o’er him streaming throws his shadow on the floor;
And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor
Shall be lifted – nevermore!

The raven’s presence and words wound us physically and psychologically, attacking our very core and centre as an individual. Thankfully by releasing trapped emotions, we have a good way to drive that black bird from our door!
